Terms of Service
Routers, hotspots, and all other physical items: The refund/ return policy for these item is 7 days from the date of purchase presuming that the item condition is "like new" and all materials are returned with the unit (box, papers, etc). Customer shall pay for return shipping with a tracking number after obtaining an RMA from Axiom LTE. PLEASE NOTE: Router must be RECEIVED back to us within 14 calendar days from the date of order to be accepted (unless other authorization has been received from management). A $50 restocking fee will apply to all device orders.
Internet Service (AT&T): Internet service is not refundable for any reason. The service is a pre-paid month-to month service that has no contract and may be cancelled at any time. Axiom LTE is able and willing to answer any and all question you may have, as well as to assist with any difficulties you may experience. We ask that you be sure of your purchase before placing your order as it cannot be refunded for any reason.
Axiom LTE does not gurantee any set speed or signal strength to any customer. Axiom LTE will not be responsible for unusable service if the client does not do the proper due diligence to test this before purchasing. Our Coverage Map can give a good idea of signal strength in your area, but may not be 100% Accurate.
Pastdue Invoices: If an account is terminated all billing will be cancelled immediately and you will not be billed further!
Chargebacks: In the instance of a chargeback, Axiom LTE reserves the right to charge the you the balance of the service plus an additional $25 fee per transaction.
Additional Terms: If your account is flagged for abuse from AT&T there is no undo, or reactivation.
